According to Heinz Ahlers, Endeavor’s Manager of Engineering, he was kind of a big deal in high school. He was the official photographer for the school’s yearbook, which meant he held the power of how his classmates' formative years would be documented in perpetuity. During a school dance aboard a river boat on the Ohio River, Heinz was peering through his camera lens when he saw a young lady who would change his life forever.

For Ron and Kari Lagace, the airline business was what brought them together, and it’s what keeps them together after 13 years of marriage. Having met while working for a small destination airline in Florida, Team Lagace began with perseverance – and perhaps some persistence.

Kenny and Melissa Trull’s path to marital bliss took an anomalous route, you could even call it nontraditional. After meeting during Advanced Individual Training (AIT) with the U.S. Army, Kenny and Melissa were both awarded Motor Transport Operators assignments and prepared for their first overseas deployment.
