AMT Pathway Program Resumes for Endeavor Tech Ops Employees

Qualified Endeavor technicians offered career pathway to Delta Air Lines

In February 2020, Endeavor announced a new program
to offer Endeavor technicians an exclusive career pathway to Delta Air Lines. The Regional Pathway Employee (RPE) program allows qualifying technicians to secure their spot at the table for an interview at Delta ahead of thousands of off-the-street employees.

The RPE program was put on hold shortly after it was launched due to the challenges of the pandemic. Now, as operations and hiring ramp up at both Delta and Endeavor, the RPE application for Endeavor employees is open once again.

Each month, the names of eligible Endeavor technicians will be submitted to Delta to interview for available ASM or AMT positions.

At the time a technician’s name is submitted, he or she must have a valid A&P license, must have served a minimum of 18 months at Endeavor as a technician, and must have a positive employment record, with no active discipline and no more than 12 attendance points. Technicians must also commit to completing at least 24 months as an Endeavor AMT.

The RPE program will allow Delta Air Lines to secure a strong pipeline of talent.

“For technicians who want to move to mainline, this is a great program for reaching your career goals,” said Bill Donohue, VP, Technical Operations. “This opportunity is available only to Endeavor technicians – no other airline offers a pathway to Delta Air Lines.”
