Introducing Jim Graham, Endeavor’s New CEO

The Endeavor Air team is excited to welcome Jim Graham as our new Chief Executive Officer.

In addition to his role at Endeavor, Jim serves as Senior Vice President, Delta Air Lines – Delta Connection.

Jim’s predecessor, David Garrison, served as CEO of Endeavor Air since September 2018. David is returning to Delta Air Lines to assume responsibility as SVP, Corporate Safety, Security and Compliance.

On Wednesday, Oct. 7, David Garrison and Jim Graham hosted a live Virtual Town Hall for employees, allowing Jim the opportunity to introduce himself to Endeavor employees and provide an overview of his background and experience.

“It’s an honor for me to be able to come and work with this incredible team at Endeavor,” said Jim. “I’ve had the opportunity to see Endeavor since its inception as it was brought together and see the strides it has made over the years, to truly turn into the premier airline in the US.”

Jim joined Delta in 1988 as a line pilot and has held key executive leadership roles in Corporate Safety and Flight Operations, where he was responsible for 14,000+ pilots and daily flight operations. Prior to joining Delta, Jim was a Naval Aviator flying the P-3C Orion aircraft. After serving seven years of active duty, he transitioned to the Navy Reserve and retired after a 20-year career.

Jim expressed his excitement in entering into his new role at Endeavor, calling it a “dream come true.”

“You have worked incredibly hard to get to the levels of performance, of safety, of teamwork that show in everything that you do,” Jim continued. “I appreciate the opportunity to come and stand alongside you as we continue to raise the bar at Endeavor.”
