Endeavor recently announced that, following Delta’s lead, employees are
able to wear a Black Lives Matter pin with their company uniforms.

“Black Lives Matter” speaks to our support for the ongoing dialogue around issues of race and acknowledges the impact that systemic racism has on our world.

Pins were shipped to all Endeavor bases. Employees who choose to wear a
BLM pin can request one from their manager.

We know that wearing a pin will not solve all the problems we are facing,
but it is a symbol of solidarity, commitment, and progress we must make
for true equality to be within reach.

Thank you for all you do for Endeavor, including creating a workplace that
is welcoming and inclusive of all people.
