With a serving line seemingly a mile long, stacked with ribs, brisket, chicken, and assorted sides, members of the Endeavor senior leadership team kicked off the 2019 Summer BBQ&A Tour in Detroit earlier this month.

As employees grabbed a plate, leaders engaged in conversations while serving up plates full of appreciation for a strong start to the year. The tour started in Detroit, made its way to Knoxville, and finished the month up with back-to-back visits to LGA and JFK.

At each stop, David Garrison, Joe Miller, and other senior leaders delivered remarks and business updates, while taking questions and posing for photo ops. Knoxville’s BBQ&A featured a special surprise – a food truck with made-to-order meals and hand scooped ice cream. For flight crews who couldn’t make their way to the festivities in DTW and NYC, leaders brought boxed lunches planeside and delivered a helping of gratitude prior to departure.

“This tour is a celebration of your commitment to safety, service, and going that extra mile for our customers,” Joe Miller noted at the TYS base visit. “No one delivers for Delta Connection on a consistent basis better than Endeavor.”
