Earlier this year, the Minneapolis Star Tribune launched a survey gauging overall workplace satisfaction for Twin Cities-based companies. The results are in and Endeavor earned the title of Top Workplace “National Trendsetter”.

This survey polled headquarters and MSP-based employees and asked them several questions about their job, company, and workplace culture. The Top Workplaces survey scores companies based on comparably sized work forces based in a specific market.

“Earning the Top Workplaces National Trendsetter recognition reinforces what we already believe—that Endeavor is a place people want to work,” said Jodie Douglas, VP, Human Resources. “We have worked hard to ensure Endeavor offers a diverse, culturally-rich and safe workplace for our team. We are excited to continue that mission and take acknowledgements like this and know we’re moving in the right direction.”
