On October 16, Endeavor Air welcomed its largest new hire class yet to its integrated onboarding program, with 92 new employees gathering at Headquarters for a day of orientation and introduction to Endeavor’s history, policies, and culture.
Comprised of 42 new Flight Attendants, 35 Pilots, 12 Technicians, 2 Stores Clerks, and a new Manager of Inspection, this large class of new hires signals Endeavor’s steady growth across our network, as recruitment efforts and hiring numbers continue to be strong.
As of September 30, Endeavor has hired 452 Pilots, 165 Flight Attendants, 250 Tech Ops employees, and 105 Corporate and Admin positions in 2017.
According to Ginny Zarras, Director, Talent Acquisition and Development, class sizes this large will become the norm at Endeavor as the airline continues to grow.
“Strong hiring numbers and operational growth go hand-in-hand, and we will have many positions to fill to keep up with our growth in ATL,” said Zarras. “Each new employee represents hours of work by our recruitment teams, who are continuously working to find qualified candidates who will make Endeavor stronger and better. I am grateful to our recruitment teams for their tireless efforts.”
