On Monday morning, Endeavor Air proudly welcomed 30 new employees – including 16 pilots – to its corporate headquarters. As part of the initial on-boarding, employees heard from John Daly, Chief Operating Officers, and met more than two dozen senior leaders and managers from multiple divisions in the company.

“We want to make sure you understand that while you’re going to spend a lot of time learning the technical aspects of your job, there’s more to our story than what you’ll find in your training manuals,” John told the class. “This is our chance to introduce who we are here at Endeavor, so we hope you enjoy today.”

The morning’s introductory on-boarding covered a wide range of topics, including company history, commitment to safety, and an overview of employee benefits.
