Endeavor Introduces 2017-18 Class of Campus Brand Ambassadors

Endeavor’s Pilot Recruitment Team recently welcomed eight Campus Brand Ambassadors to Minneapolis for two days of training and an immersion into the Endeavor culture, giving them the tools they will need to be successful in their roles.

During the 2017-18 school year, Endeavor will have a total of 10 Campus Brand Ambassadors, representing 10 different universities across the country. Brand Ambassadors support the Pilot Recruitment Team as liaisons at their respective schools and are charged with building brand awareness on campus, driving student engagement, and spreading the word about Endeavor on campus and in their aviation network. They also help plan and execute on-campus recruitment events and represent Endeavor professionally in the classroom, at the flight line, and to university faculty.

Brand Ambassadors are coached to answer questions as an Endeavor representative, acting as a resource to their peers — and ultimately contributing to Endeavor’s hiring numbers.

“Our Brand Ambassadors are an important part of our Pilot Recruitment strategy, enabling us to engage flight students on a different level,” said Andy La Susa, Lead Field Recruiter, Human Resources. “These ambassadors bring a great amount of enthusiasm to their roles, and we are excited to work with them throughout the year to help build awareness and connect with the next generation of Endeavor pilots.”
