On April 5, 16 representatives from all nine Endeavor locations gathered in Minneapolis to talk about the airline’s most important topic: Safety.

The Endeavor Safety Committee is comprised of employees who lead their respective local safety committees, and it is tasked with gaining as much insight into the company’s safety directives as possible.

During the day-long meeting, committee members talk through a wide range of topics — from reduction of the Global Injury Rate, to best practices around local safety enhancements — the goal of the gathering was to share solutions that enhance Endeavor’s safety culture.

“I hope this team takes away and shares all our 2017 initiatives,” noted Todd Tilbury, Director, Safety. “We want them to take what they learn here back to their bases, share with their colleagues, and help keep the safety needle moving forward.”

The Endeavor Safety Committee meets annually, while local safety teams gather on a monthly basis.
