“Inspire Mentors are seasoned Flight Attendants who are trained to help their colleagues through professional support,” said Deb Johnson, Program Manager, IFS Quality Assurance. “Inspire Mentors can help create better job knowledge, offer confidential advice, and act as a resource in your Flight Attendant career.”

Flight Attendants make a six-month commitment to their program and communicate with their Mentors on a regular basis. Mentor relationships are built on trust, mutual respect, and confidentiality, helping Flight Attendants navigate their experiences and fostering their professional growth.

From new hires in transition to experienced Flight Attendants, the Inspire Mentorship Program is designed to help all members of our team to meet success.
