February may be the shortest month of the year, but it is one of the busiest for our recruitment teams.

From Washington State to Long Island and North Dakota to Miami, our recruiters are covering a lot of ground, searching the country for qualified candidates to join the Endeavor team.

With 23 events on the February schedule, recruiters will talk to thousands of potential Pilots, Flight Attendants, Technicians, and Corporate professionals. Combined, our recruitment teams expect to hire nearly 1,500 employees in 2017, and each event they attend helps them step closer to reaching their goals.
