Celebrating Employee Excellence: 2026 Endeavor’s Elite Annual Awards

Behind every successful flight and every operational milestone are employees who consistently go the extra mile. The Endeavor’s Elite Annual Employee Awards shine a spotlight on the exceptional individuals and teams who embody our values and make a lasting impact across the airline from all work groups – Flight Ops, Inflight Services, Technical Operations, and Corporate.

On October 8, 25 honorees and their guests gathered at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis for an evening of celebration, joined by Endeavor leaders who recognized the employees and teams making a difference every day.

Chosen from more than 200 nominations, the 2026 honorees exemplify who we are at Endeavor Air. Their dedication, collaborative spirit, and commitment to excellence have left a lasting impact on their coworkers, customers, and the operation.

“Our people and culture are the foundation of our airline. Every nomination from a peer or manager highlighted how you supported a teammate, a customer, a project, or our broader operations,” said Timothy Wang, President and CEO of Endeavor Air, to the honorees. “Your stories leave a lasting, positive impact throughout the company. The highest honor is to be recognized by your peers, and this recognition is vital to building the culture we want at Endeavor.”

Following the awards ceremony, the celebration continued with an on-field reception, where attendees played games on the field and enjoyed a unique stadium experience with fellow honorees and guests.

As a tribute to their achievements, every honoree’s name will be displayed on a placard installed on an Endeavor aircraft throughout the coming year.
