Earlier this year, 19 Endeavor employees were recognized as First Class Flight Attendants, an honor reserved for those who have risen to the top in customer service performance among their peers. Honorees represent the top 1% of flight attendants in each of Endeavor’s crew bases, earning the highest number of exceptional Flight Attendant Interaction scores as measured through Delta’s post-flight customer satisfaction survey.
These flight attendants consistently deliver the warm, welcoming, and caring service that defines the Endeavor and Delta brands. Their ability to create meaningful experiences for customers, combined with their dedication and professionalism, has helped them stand out among a highly talented group of peers.
“Being recognized as a First Class Flight Attendant is not about a single interaction or a single flight,” said Camille LaTouche-Campbell, Vice President of Inflight Services. “It reflects sustained excellence over time. It reflects the ability to deliver calm and welcoming service flight after flight, while balancing safety and the realities of the operation.”
To celebrate their achievement, honorees were invited to a special recognition event in Minneapolis with members of the Inflight and Executive Leadership teams, where they were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the customer experience. The honorees will also be celebrated locally by having their photos hang in their base for the upcoming year.
Congratulations to this year’s class of First Class Flight Attendants:

Join us in thanking this year’s honorees for their commitment to delivering exceptional service and for helping make every customer journey a first-class experience.
