As our employees walked into the 2024 Endeavor’s Elite celebration, they were greeted by a line of leaders who erupted in cheering, clapping and handshakes to each individual and their guest. In its 6th year, the Endeavor’s Elite Annual Employee Awards Program recognizes individuals and teams whose contributions elevate Endeavor in safety, operations, customer service, or teamwork.
The 2024 ceremony took place in the Delta SKY360° Club at U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings. The presentation kicked off with a recorded video message from Ed Bastian, CEO, Delta Air Lines.
“You have shown that are you among the best of the best,” Ed said. “At Delta, we have partnered with Endeavor for more than a decade and you continue to prove that you have what it takes to be the Premier Regional Airline.”
The ceremony consisted of a buffet-style dinner, award program, and videos highlighting each honoree and team. Afterward, the honorees and their guests were able to enjoy an after party on the field.
More than 200 nominations were submitted this year, and 21 individuals and 3 teams were selected as 2024 honorees. Honorees received a crystal award, a commemorative lapel pin, and 100,000 Endeavor’s Elite points. Each honoree’s name will also be inscribed on a placard to be installed on an Endeavor aircraft for the coming year.
“What I love most about Endeavor is that our people do not shy away from challenges; you find new ways to get our work done, push to new heights of excellence in our operation and most importantly, you always make safety the number one priority,” said Jim Graham, Endeavor Air CEO, addressing the honorees. “Because of the way you live your values, the way you seize the opportunities to serve and your belief in what we do – there is nothing we cannot accomplish.”
