Celebrating our 2022 Endeavor’s Elite

On September 29, more than 100 employees, senior leaders, and guests gathered in Minneapolis to celebrate members of our organization whose contributions and achievements are truly “elite.”

Each year, the Endeavor’s Elite Annual Employee Awards program recognizes individuals and teams whose contributions elevate Endeavor in safety, operations, or customer service. More than 150 nominations were submitted in 2022, and the honorees were selected by a cross-departmental committee and notified of the honor this summer.

“Each of you have taken a leadership role in our operation as we have come out of the pandemic, and as we have moved forward and tackled new challenges,” said Jim Graham, Endeavor Air CEO, in his remarks. “You do not hesitate in the face of any challenge – you find new ways to get our work done, you push to new heights of excellence in our operation, and most importantly, you always make safety the number one priority.”

This year’s celebration took place in the Delta SKY360°Club at U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings. Honorees and guests were greeted by cheers and applause from senior leaders as they arrived at the venue. Following a social hour and dinner, the awards presentation kicked off with a recorded video message from Ed Bastian, CEO, Delta Air Lines.

“You have shown through your hard work that you are the best of the best, and I’m honored to recognize your achievements tonight,” said Bastian.

With a backdrop of the honorees’ photos rotating on the ‘Jumbotron,’ guests continued the celebration with an after party on the field.
