Direct Entry Captains carrying 10+ years of experience can earn more than $185,000 in Year 1.

• 10 year longevity pay: $117.55/hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
• Captain Retention Bonus: $40,000
• Plus – earn another $70,000 in retention bonuses while you await your turn to advance to the Delta flight deck.
