For the second year, Endeavor Air will deliver some magic to ensure Bert’s Big Adventure, an Atlanta—based non-profit organization, can deliver a memorable vacation experience for 12 children with chronic or terminal illnesses and their families.

On February 21, Endeavor will fly these families, along with staff from The Bert Show, an Atlanta morning radio show, and Bert’s Big Adventure, to Orlando as they enjoy an all-expenses paid weekend at Walt Disney World. The families will return to Atlanta on February 25.

In late 2017, Endeavor stepped in to operate these flights on behalf of an another airline who could not support the event. Last March, Endeavor announced it would serve as the official airline for the event again in 2019. For many of these families, this experience is an escape from endless doctor visits, medical treatments, and hospital stays. It also serves as the first flying experience for many of those who take part in the event.

“There are so many great events we support throughout the year, but Bert’s Big Adventure is really the Super Bowl of community service events at Endeavor,” said Dave Sniadak, Manager, Corporate Communications. “We have a chance to set the tone for this once-in-a-lifetime vacation for these families, and Endeavor will roll out the red carpet for these kids and give them a truly special experience they’ll always remember.”
