January 9 was a record-setting day for Endeavor, as 58 employees started training at our MSP Headquarters.
A total of 34 new Pilots – the largest class in Endeavor’s history – began Ground School on the C-Tower 5th floor. Meanwhile, 17 new hire Flight Attendants began class down the hall, and seven trainees began Day 1 of dispatch training in the OCC. Six new Crew Schedulers started class this week as well.
With 30 more Pilots scheduled for the January 23 class, the year is starting off strong.
“We are off to a great start with hiring for 2017,” said Ginny Zarras, HR Manager. “Our recruitment team is poised and ready to meet the challenging hiring goals for the year.”
