Celebrating our 2025 Endeavor’s Elite Honorees

Now in its 7^th year, the Endeavor’s Elite Annual Employee Awards honors individuals that live out Endeavor’s values and have gone above and beyond supporting the operation from all work groups – Flight Ops, Inflight Services, Technical Operations, and Corporate.

39 honorees -21 individuals and 3 teams- and their guests were greeted with applause and celebratory high fives from Endeavor’s senior leaders and directors as they entered the Delta SKY360 Club at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minn.

The 2025 honorees were selected from more than 200 nominations submitted and were recognized for their hard work, dedication to excellence in the workplace and more.

“Each of you has a unique story, but all of you have embraced our common mission – as outlined in our Foundation of Flight and our Flight Plan – and you are helping us to realize our vision of being the Premier Regional Airline,” said Timothy Wang, President and CEO of Endeavor Air, to the honorees. “Everyone being recognized tonight has done something truly special – and your colleagues noticed.”

Every honoree received a crystal award, a commemorative lapel pin, and 100,000 Endeavor’s Elite points. In addition, every honoree’s name will be inscribed on a placard and installed on an Endeavor aircraft for the coming year.

“Recognition is an important element of our culture at Endeavor,” said Ginny Zarras, Vice President of Human Resources at Endeavor Air, to the honorees. “It’s so important that we stop and celebrate the big moments, to provide our heartfelt thank you to each of you.”

After the award ceremony, attendees were invited to an after party on the field where they had the opportunity to be an ‘Elite’ Minnesota Vikings player.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS CHAMPIONS
