This summer, a group of Endeavor Flight Attendants were recognized for their stand-out achievements in customer service.
Known as the First Class Flight Attendants program, honorees of this award represent the top 1% of Endeavor flight attendants in each base by having earned the highest customer service scores over the course of a year, as determined by Delta’s post-flight satisfaction survey. In the survey, customers are invited to rank their interactions with the flight attendants on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being exceptional.
In addition to achieving high survey scores, the honorees are hardworking and productive employees, typically flying more than others in order to earn so many top scores. In 2024, the year in which this year’s honorees were evaluated for recognition, the average Endeavor flight attendant operated about 230 total legs, while the First Class Flight Attendant honorees flew an average of 560 legs.
The honorees also represent a wide array of years of service, ranging from just over two years with the company to over 27 years. In addition, six of the 17 honorees have earned the First Class Flight Attendant award before, with three of those being three-time winners.
To celebrate their achievements, honorees were invited to a reception with members of the Inflight leadership and Executive leadership teams. The reception featured a brunch, awards ceremony, and photo shoot for honorees, whose pictures will hang their crew rooms for the next year. Honorees were also awarded a pin to wear with their uniform and Endeavor’s Elite points.
Congratulations to this year’s First Class Flight Attendants!
