Faith Lee has been a flight attendant with Endeavor since November 2017 and goes above and beyond for our customers each day. Her countless efforts to make our customers feel welcome and make the flight memorable, does not go unnoticed. Faith’s warm service embodies who we are as an airline – putting safety and customer service at the top of our flight path.
We sat down with the ATL-based flight attendant for our series called ‘First Class Acts.’ This series highlights our Endeavor employees as they go above and beyond for our customers and each other.

1. What is your favorite thing about being a flight attendant?
My favorite thing about being a flight attendant is connecting with people from all walks of life, hearing their stories and learning their cultures. While everyday is different and every flight is unique, being part of a team working together to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our customers throughout their journey is incredibly rewarding.
2. Why is it important to go above and beyond for passengers?
Going above and beyond fills my heart while leaving a positive impression on our customers, which also leads to higher satisfaction IE. Demonstrating strong work ethics and my commitment to excellence shows in my smile, my uniform, my enthusiasm, my professionalism and my quality of service while ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers which is my passion!
3. What is your favorite passenger story or memory?

We had two missed approaches attempting to land in AGS, and had to return to ATL to refuel but my First Class passengers were the best! They were so understanding and happy when we made it to Augusta safely.
My customer in 2A had been traveling with her infant from Hawaii and was extremely tired. Our customer in 2D held her infant and rocked her to sleep so her mother could get some rest – it was so beautiful! Customer in 2C and 3D FaceTimed their wives (we were at the gate back in ATL) and had them talk to us all! We turned a missed approach into something so beautiful and special. Just another reason why I love my job!

4. What is your advice for people starting their flight attendant career?
Your role as a flight attendant is primarily focused on the safety and comfort of our passengers. Be attentive and provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional and polished appearance.
Develop great communication skills which will help you handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally. Pay attention in class…prioritize safety so you will be able to handle emergency situations effectively. Enjoy and Welcome aboard!
