The 5th annual Endeavor’s Elite Annual Employee Awards took place September 28, bringing together more than 100 Endeavor employees, guests, and company leaders for an evening of celebration. This year’s event, which took place at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minn., recognized 18 individuals and 3 teams for delivering excellence.
This year, Endeavor employees submitted nearly 200 nominations for this award, and honorees were selected by a cross-departmental committee.
“Everyone being recognized has done something truly special, and your colleagues noticed,” said Jim Graham, CEO, in his remarks at the event. “It is a tremendous honor to be acknowledged by your colleagues in this way; someone recognized the incredible value your work has added to our culture at Endeavor.”
Honorees were recognized in five categories: Flight Operations Champions, Inflight Services Champions, Technical Operations Champions, Corporate Champions, and Teamwork Excellence.
Each honoree received a crystal award, a commemorative lapel pin, and 100,000 Endeavor’s Elite points. In addition, a special placard inscribed with each honoree’s name will be installed on one of Endeavor’s aircraft for the coming year.
“Because of our people and the culture you maintain, Endeavor continues to lead as the Premier Regional Airline,” said Graham. “I believe with my whole heart that because of the way you live your values, the way you seize the opportunities to serve and your belief in what we do – there is nothing we cannot accomplish.”
