The process of earning your wings as an Endeavor flight attendant takes time, hard work and dedication. THE APPLICATION – YOUR INITIAL INTRODUCTION

The application serves as our initial introduction to you and your experience. Please be sure to review and complete the entire application before clicking “Submit”.

Consider having a friend or family member review your application and resume. Check for typos, grammatical errors, and perhaps most importantly, gaps in your employment. If you’ve taken time off to care for a family member, returned to school, or just took a break from working, please let us know that by putting your dates of unemployment in the Employment Section of your application. Also, please provide your full education history.

After submitting your application, we recommend that you go back into the system and review your application again for accuracy. Incomplete applications may cause a delay in moving you forward in the hiring process.

THE VIRTUAL INTERVIEW – YOUR FIRST MEETING WITH ENDEAVOR AIR
After successfully completing your application, you may receive an email inviting you to complete a Virtual Interview. The virtual interview will help us determine your interest in the position and whether you may be a good fit for our team. This exciting step in the application process will help you to understand the flight attendant lifestyle, allows us to get to know you better, and why you believe you would make an excellent Endeavor Air flight attendant.

THE FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW – A DAY TO SHINE
Endeavor Air regularly hosts hiring events at our Hiring Center located at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. These invitation-only events bring together the best of the best from all over the country. 

If you receive an invitation to attend, prepare for this as a day to shine. Present yourself professionally, and be prepared to answer questions about your background, customer service philosophy, and unique talents that would allow you to be a great Endeavor Air flight attendant.  We will also make sure you meet the physical requirements for the job.

JOB OFFER AND BACKGROUND SCREENING – CHECKING THE BOXES
If you are extended a Contingent Job Offer (CJO) for an upcoming class date, you will undergo an extensive background and criminal history check. You will also be required to pass a drug screening test. Your CJO is dependent upon the successful clearance of all these checks.
