The Endeavor Air team commemorated its 10-year anniversary as an airline this summer, with celebrations at each of our crew and maintenance locations over the past few months.
The final anniversary events were held this week in Minneapolis. On August 29, more than 300 employees gathered at our MSP hangar to commemorate the 10-year milestone with food, games, and celebration. Special guests included past CEOs David Garrison and Bill Lentsch and former COO Joe Miller, who each reflected on their time leading at Endeavor. Though their experiences were unique, one commonality between the leaders was clear: Endeavor’s team is unmatched and produces top-tier results.
“It was my natural tendency to throw as much as we could at Endeavor, because we knew Endeavor would deliver,” said Bill about Endeavor’s early years. “You produce an incredible product. You’re very customer focused. You’re incredibly dependable.”
“What I learned with this organization is this is an amazing group of individuals who worked together to perform some amazing accomplishments,” said David, reflecting on his time leading Endeavor during the pandemic. “I want to thank all of you who are here, and certainly the folks who went through that with all of us. I also want to recognize that we learned how important it is to work as a team, and how important it is to continue to deliver for our customers.”
“I had the opportunity of being a part of this team for three and a half years, and I will tell you, being part of the team has made me not only a better leader, but a better person,” said Joe. “You all do such a great job.”
Jim Graham congratulated the group on their hard work. “One thing I realized as soon as I got to Endeavor was what a special team this was,” said Jim, who joined the Endeavor team as CEO in 2020. “It has brought new life to me and energized me by being able to be with you on a daily basis. What an incredible Endeavor team.”
